I have hardwood floors and carpet and it works well on both and transferers from both very good.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can use it on as many levels as you want. I bought one and just have to take it upstairs when I want to vacuum up there. Obviously it can't come back downstairs to find the base and recharge so you need to bring it back yourself.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can Bob on levels but you will obviously ha be to move him there yourself. He will not fall off of a ledge or steps. He senses the edge and turns around. Works perfectly!
