I subscribe to Comcast cable services and I have been able to use their cable card in all of the TiVo devices I have owned. I can't speak to Brighthouse Cable, but I am pretty sure the situation would be the same as mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have Brighthouse (Spectrum) and if you get the cable card it will work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have no experience with Brighthouse but I have cable through Comcast in MA. Ive been using a cable card from Comcast in my old TiVo DVR for years. When I upgraded to the new TiVo Bolt Vox I was able to remove the cable card from my old TiVo and easily installed it in my new unit in minutes. I had to call Comcast so that it would work in the new TiVo but it didn’t take long and now works perfectly. I prefer the TiVo interface over Comcast’s, renting the cable card from them does cost a monthly fee but it’s less than renting the DVR from them. I’d expect and hope this would work as well for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will have to call them about a cablecard. Most cable companies support Tivo. Had Comcast ship me 2 and I installed one, got it working, had to call Comcast to get all the channels I receive but since then it has worked flawlessly.
