Will it charge the spen when in the case? null

The s pen doesn't need to be charged. It doesn't use a battery.

This cover comes with its own pen that doesnt need to be charged ..and no it does not charge the S-pen its just a magnet that holds the pen it comes with

it doesn't charge the S pen but it does provide a secure place to hold it.
