• If your mobile provider is Boost, then yes you can access internet on your mobile phone.

• Depends on the type of Data Plan you have 'Already' setup with Boost Mobile whether the $45 allows internet access. If unsure, check your account online with Boost Mobile first to see the type of data/text/talk plan that is available to you; Else if this is a new account your looking to setup I'd go into a Boost Mobile place just to talk and see what options are available or research the various plans online.
