LG's web site says that It can Be used with Tracfone but I don't know how much of that is true also you could look online to find out more information

No, it is solely Boost Mobile. They are no contract as well and you can buy reboost cards for it

No the Boost LG Stylo 2 is only used with Boost Mobile Reboost cards or credit/debit. You buy the card amount you need for your plan.
