A:Answer No it has more than just the latest OS...It has a better back camera (13mp instead of 8), more internal memory (16GB instead of 8), more ram (2 GB instead of 1), has a larger expandable memory (256 GB instead of 32), updated music player, updated QuickMemo (it's more sensitive to the touch of the stylus), and it comes with Popmemo which is a menu that's triggered by removing the stylus. Its also thinner and lighter than the first one. Way better.
