• The stylus is built into the phone. Check the top right corner. The silver is the top of the pen. You'll see a groove where your fingernail will fit in and pop it out.

• I have only uses the ones that came with mine. I know they sell them seperately on Amazon specifically for this phone

• I would recommend contacting the manufacturer for a replacement of the stylus. It is different than other stylus pens.
