• I don't think you can download Facetime but you can download the app TANGO and it has the same features as Facetime.

• I don't think you can do FaceTime on this phone. FaceTime Apps are only exclusive for Apple merchandise.

• Facetime is only for apple product. You can use google's hangout app to do the same thing if your grandchildren have android phone.
