• A:Answer After I purchase the Boost re-up card from Best Buy, I get an email from Best Buy confirming my purchase. I call ADD or 233 on my Boost powered cell phone and it gives me prompts to enter the confirmation number I receive via email. Tip: write down your confirmation number from the email before you call because it will not wait for you to find it during the call. That's it!
