“Do u have to have wifi in order to access apps? or using your data is an option. I ask because the phone that I have only works properly with wifi. I can't even use any data.”

• Don't know but when my wifi was down a couple days I used my data. Worked fine had to turn off wifi on the phone though to use my data here at home
