I recently purchased a J3 I have a problem downloading photos from my phone onto my laptop it does not seem to allow you to do this and only says that the phone is charging when the lead is connected. Can you transfer media from the phone to the computer null

Before you start charging you have to click on transfer quick also go to your setting and look for sharing I am not sure where it at can't look phone fell in water. But it will transfer your photos and music hope this help.
