• Actually you can do it yourself. It's very simple. Just login to you Boost Mobile account and click on swap device and just follow the screen.

• Yes, That's what I did, I had to order my S7, had it delivered to the store walked over to the phone section and they swapped the phones in 10 minutes, the offered to set up my Google stuff too but I could do that, you need to have your account log on for them to swap
