• Unfortunately no. You would still have to pay for it to be unlocked or you can unlock it on your own for free if you have the software but will still have to pay for a simunlock or another sim.

• not sure you have to call t mobile about it. if you have boostmobile you have to have an account with mobile for 6 months. but you still need to call t mobile
