• no, this kit has 3 sim cards SIMOLW416Q + SIMOLW506C + SIMOLW506TQ whereas LG G5 uses SIMGLW446C sim card. If it's a sprint mobile, better buy a sim card from sprint store (they might toss it for free) or sprint online.
