• Though each character has special abilities, I wouldn't exactly compare them to anything superhero related. The game is still great fun though and one of the few games that you can still play together locally, via splitscreen. I think your boy would love it.

• This game isn’t DC or Marvel based. If they like first person shooters that’s more on the cartoony side that has great graphics than I would recommend. Its fun and entertaining.
