The difference is that the standard is just the game there are no additional perks and gear. The deluxe gives you gear that if u had the standard would have to pay additional money for. The super which I have gives you all the additional perks gear and the season three pass that has more game play and things that if you get the standard you’ve to pay for separate.

The Deluxe edition comes with a few cosmetic add-ons and is not worth the extra money The Super Deluxe Comes with a steelbook case (Good enough to display as art. It's really that beautiful) and all of the DLC. Right now in time, it can be had as low as $30 and is by far the best deal if you enjoy Borderlands.
