• Yes. Some features like online multiplayer / cross-play will not be available (of course) when you are not connected to the internet. AND, if you are one of the 100% get everything done club then you'll need to be on-line for some of the content / trophies / etc. Missions, loot hunting, and exploring can be done solo and without an internet connection.
