Hi there, thank you for your question regarding Model:SHEM3AY55N. There are a few reasons why you may see water/condensation in your dishwasher. The following 7 Steps to Drying may help with this. (1.) Scrape… don’t rinse. (2.) Always use ‘Auto’ option. Auto adjusts the time, pressure and temperature as needed. (3.) Always use ‘Sanitize’ or ‘Extra Dry’ Option. (4.) Always use Finish® Quantum Tablets. (5.) Always use Rinse Aid. (6.) Wait a minimum of 10 minutes after the dishwasher is done to open the door. (7.) Always unload from the bottom up. Also make certain not to block the condensation port on the left side of the dishwasher with a cutting board or other tall item as that needs to be open to help drain.
