• Yes but the installers had to install a plug in our electrical line to plug in the new dishwasher. We have an older house and had a 14 yr old dishwasher which was wired in.

• Hi BrooklynMark. Thank you for your question. The 100 Series, model SHEM3AY55N can be hardwired from the right front of the dishwasher. If you prefer, you can order a direct power cord that can be plugged into an outlet, part SGPC001UC.
