• That's wash time, not time of day . . . to stop blinking turn off.

• I believe if you just shut the power off to the unit. Unplug or trip breaker, and wait 30 minutes it will reset.

• I don't believe you set time on it. The display on the front tells you the remaining time until washing is finished.
