It does. The caveat is it doesn't have a heating element. The ambient temperature rises to dry the dishes. Thus, you want to avoid opening the door during a cycle, particularly during the dry cycle. I like it doesn't have the heating element... I don't have to worry about something falling against it and melting. One drawback... I can't tell when it's drying,as there are no indicator lights.
