“We purchased a Bosch 500 series stackable washer and dryer. We have tried and tried to get the washer plug to go into the dryer recepticle but it does not want to go in all the way therefore it will not stay in. Are we doing something wrong??”

Unplug dryer. Get small slot screwdriver and jam in horizontal plug blade receptacles that are in the back of the dryer. This will loosen up enough to get the plug to go in. Still need to push hard.
