Since you filled the rinse aid (which promotes drying), I have 2 possibilities to offer: 1. If the tub is not draining, it makes we wonder if the drain hose has a loop that goes up to the height of the dishwasher. The installation instructions say the drain line needs this loop to drain properly. I think it needs to be 33" high. 2. When the cycle is done, open the door a few inches and keep it open with the top rack. This unit uses condensing drying, rather than a heating coil at the bottom, probably for energy efficiency. If you let the hot vapor escape, the dishes dry well. Plastic items are the last to dry and may have a few drops on them, but no big deal.
