“How does the door stay open? The closing spring on the door is strong and does not allow the door to remain open, closing it even if all the way open. I'm hoping there is a way the have the door stay open? Thanks”

Great Question! I have the same problem. I immediately roll out my bottom rack. But it's even hard to open the door because the spring is soooo tight. Because we're not living in the house yet (it's a total remodel), I'm hoping once we read the owner's manual, we'll figure it out. Otherwise, BOSH, we need your help! If this doesn't get fixed, I would not recommend this dishwasher.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, once you attach the custom panel door to the front, the weight of that allows it to open and it feels like a normal dishwasher. We thought it was installed wrong, but once we attached the custom panel, it worked great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The weight of the cabinet panel holds mine open. I just installed the cabinet panel over it and before that, it would close unless I left the bottom rack out to weigh it down.
