Neither Best Buy nor Bosch offers the custom panel, which must be obtained elsewhere. [The Best Buy salesman advised us incorrectly about this, indicating that the panel could be obtained through Best Buy and/or Bosch.] The dishwasher is supposed to come with a hardware kit for attaching the panel to the machine, once you get a custom panel made elsewhere to the correct specifications. As explained in my review, Best Buy never succeeded in getting to us the specifications, hardware and installation instructions for the custom panel, and we ultimately had to return the dishwasher, which we may end up buying from another retailer.
