• The handle is flush with the exterior of the door (it does not protrude out), and it has a cut-out "pocket" behind it, so that you can fit your hand behind the handle.

• The pocket handle is inset rather than protruding. It's half moon shaped.

• Its not a handle, its a design on the door with a slot for your hand to do in and pull it open. I love it. No more places for fingerprints

• the front on the dishwasher does not have a bar across the front to open it, There is a space under the trim at the top edge (pocket) where you slide your fingers under to open the door. Easy to open and clean and the appearance of the machine looks sleeker and great!
