either / or. if you know how to do it, I had Best Buy install mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy will do it for you, but it will take a few weeks to get an appointment with them, and it won’t truly be free. The code has been changed recently and requires an outlet to be installed (at least in my state). The installation people were nice, competent and they worked quickly. I thought Best Buy was a misleading when the website says you can have the dishwasher in the next few days, which was only if you do it yourself, and that the install was free if you didn’t do it yourself. One of their competitors was up front and honest about the install not being free because of that, but I went with Best Buy due to getting the dishwasher in a few days. Wish that had been true as well. And another fly in the ointment—scheduling the install online was problematic as their scheduling website wouldn’t work. I called the 800 number as it suggested and had to hold for almost two hours to talk to someone. So much aggravation with this purchase from Best Buy. Loved the dishwasher and installation people though.
