QuestionWhy is my new dishwasher wet after using with extra dry? Does this model have a dry heating element? What is the correct location of drain hose, back or under washer?

- Answer Hi Cachita, thanks for your question and interest in model #SHS53CD2N. All Bosch dishwashers use a condensation drying process. Instead of utilizing a heating element at the bottom of a dishwasher, condensation drying involves a number of dishwashing elements that work together to efficiently dry your dishes. Condensation drying is more hygienic and energy efficient than drying with a heating element. Additionally, since Bosch dishwashers do not use a heating element, your plastics are safe in the lower rack.

Question.Got the Bosch white Model:SHS53CD2N and I am upset. Inside of the dishwasher is still wet even when I use the extra dry heat option in auto or normal. Anything I can do? If I move the mid rack down, the dishes bump into spray arm. Paid 999. Any advice?

QuestionDoes the white version of this dishwasher have the third rack? it's a little unclear. It says third rack, but photos of interior do not show a third rack the way the stainless steel version does.
