I've been using the same model for 3 years and its dries fine. I do select the Auto Air function. Some items with concave surfaces facing up will retain water but that's physics and not the unit. Run a few more cycles and be sure to use the auto dry function and see how it goes. I love my Bosch as it best DW we've ever used.

Model SHPM65Z55N is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed-drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. The PureDry® condensation process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes will be dry. It is important to note that plastics don’t absorb heat like cutlery or china and don’t dry as well. Your specific model has the AutoAir® feature, which we highly recommend using. AutoAir® automatically releases the door at the end of the dry cycle to let moisture escape and circulate fresh air into the dishwasher for better drying results. You can find instructions for turning on this feature, along with troubleshooting tips for unsatisfactory drying results in your Use & Care manual. For any product-related inquiries, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team at 800-944-2904 for real-time support. Thank you for choosing Bosch.
