“I want to put the glassware holders down since they do not fit my stemware but I can't move them without feeling like they will break. This is my second Bosch dishwasher and in my older, almost identical model, it was easy to move the holders up or down.”

I already figured it out once I put my glasses on. You have to slide it over a bit
