Hi confused. Thank you for your question. The 800 Series 4-Door Refrigerator does have an UltraClarityPro Water Filter for the ice and water.

Yes, it has water filtration for both water dispenser and ice maker. There is no door dispenser. You access the water inside refrigerator and the ice inside the freezer. I like the way this works, as I had nothing but trouble with door dispensers in the past. The ice is pyramid-shaped and much smaller than normal. This refrigerator is beautiful and has a much larger capacity than I anticipated.

Yes, the refrigerator does filter the water. Both the water and the ice taste very clean and our family is drinking more water than ever before.
