I don't really have an answer but found that answer unhelpful. What are the "tabs" he is referring to? I can't find any parts manual indicating what "#3" refers to. At least on my model B21CL81SNS/02 there appears to be no way to remove the glass from the frame without extreme force and risking breakage. I don't see any "tabs" at all. This is a problem because spilled liquid gets under the center bar and cannot be removed Similarly, the "crisper drawers" do not seem to have removable fronts, but spilled liquids seep into the clear front panel and congeal there, but the panel cannot be removed to allow cleaning. Any ideas? .

Here are the instructions for removal to clean the glass on the full-width shelf, located at bottom of refrigerator compartment: - Remove storage drawers from below the shelf - Lift up and remove the shelf from the fridge compartment - Place shelf vertically on a sturdy, smooth table or floor surface, with tabs (#3) facing UP - Pull up on the plastic frame, near or in areas between tabs, and push sideways on the glass slightly in order to clear the tabs up over the edge of the glass - ** Take caution to protect (i.e. not nick or strike) the exposed edge of glass in order to avoid glass breakage ** - Carefully lift glass out of bottom rail of the plastic frame (#4) - Clean the glass plate with normal glass cleaner or damp cloth - When clean, place glass back in bottom rail of plastic frame - Lift up on and “click” glass plate back into the plastic frame (i.e. past the tabs), essentially in reverse order of disassembly. - Replace clean shelf assembly back into place in fridge, along with storage drawers
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to force the drawers up as there is 2 tabs on each side of the drawer. Try popping the front tabs first Remove the whole shelf from fridg. At the back of the shelf there are 2 tabs holding the glass in slight pressure on the plastic will allow you to push the glass by the tabs. The front of the glass is in a lip so you have to slide it back. Same process putting glass back. Try placing glass back twist the plastic back and glass will drop in
