“I have this refrigerator and there is no easy way to remove the glass above the crisper drawers for cleaning. This is the first fridge I have ever had that does not do this easily without taking it apart! Am I missing something?”

No you are not. This is the most user unfriendly refrigerator ever purchased. It takes patience. My Dealer told me to call customer service at Bosch. I purchased from Signature Kitchen Appliances in Charleston SC only 4 months ago. Won’t be purchasing from them again. So much for after the sale service. Lift up at the back and pull straight forward. It’s awkward and the crisper drawers are even harder to remove and return. Still trying as my food warms on the counter. Does anyone have 800 series that makes a lot of noise? Looking forward to addressing that next.
