we bought the counter deph, looks same -, handles are right where the picture shows 2 for fefer and two fie freez thanks

Please try again later.Apparently a number of Bosch refrigerators were shipped from the factory without door handles and the decorative panel that goes on the bottom to hide the wheels. Best Buy contacted Bosch Customer Service to order them 10/25. Per Bosch, they were on "back order" and would arrive to my door as soon as they were back in stock. The decorative plate and fridge handles arrived within 2-3 weeks. The freezer handles hadn't arrived by 11/29 so I contacted Bosch and they reordered the freezer handles. On 12/1, I received the freezer handles twice: one set from the original 10/25 order, and then 2nd set from the re-order on 11/29. Good luck. Most frustrating experience ever.

Please try again later.The Refrigerator is shipped without the handles attached. they are separately wrapped and included in the shipping box with the mounting screws and tool to install. Owners manual shows how to install after Refrigerator has been put in its designated spot in the kitchen. Hope you didn't throw away your Box and Packing materials before checking for the handles.
