Only remedy seems to be to buy new doors at approx. $680 and hope the new doors do not have the same issue. This should be a class action lawsuit based on a Google search as this problem seems to be extremely common. Bosch claims it is cosmetic and cosmetic warranty is 30 days only.

It cannot be custom manufactured without this finish; we apologize for any inconvenience. To clean Easy Clean stainless steel, you only need to use lukewarm water and a little pH-neutral dishwashing liquid. If stainless-steel cleaning agents are used on the outside of this appliance, it can cause damage.
