Q: QuestionNew fridge appears to have a short circuit. The alarm goes off sporadically when the door is opened and lasts for a minute or so. The left produce drawer control buttons blink randomly and the temperature buttons don't work. Could this be a fuse issue?

• A:Answer HI wnchicago. Thank you for your question. For Model:B36CT80SNS there is a Self-Test that you can conduct. If this does not rectify the problem, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at 1-800-944-2904. Appliance self-test: Your appliance features a self-test program which displays the fault your customer service can rectify. 1.Switch off the appliance and wait 5 minutes. 2.Switch the appliance on again. 3.Within the first 2 minutes press and hold menu button for 10 seconds until an audible signal sounds. The self-test program starts. While the self-test is running, a long audible signal sounds in the meantime. ■ If 2 audible signals sound after the end of the self-test and the set temperature is displayed, your appliance is OK. ■ If 5 audible signals sound after the end of the self-test and the settings display shows Er, contact customer service. When the program has ended, the appliance switches to normal operation.

Q: QuestionWhy do some of the review pictures show a brushed stainless look, while others look to show a really shiny stainless surface. Is there some sort of option for this?

Q: QuestionSpecs say I need extra .5 inch at the top for ventilation, and I only will have 1/16, or 71 9/16 to allow for ventilation. Also, the width of the 800 series is 36 inches. I have a width of 36 4/16. Will this allow for enough room for proper ventilation?

Q: QuestionTop of fridge states it is 71.5 inches tall. But to the top of the hinge is 72 inches. How many inches before the fridge goes from 71.5 inches to 72 inches(depth). The reason I ask is I have a space 70 3/4 inches with a cabinet that is 24 inches in depth

Q: QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the vegetable drawers and deli drawer? Is there any difference in drawer size between the 3door and 4door models?

• A:Answer We have the 3-door. I can't remember the labels of the drawers in the refrigerator part, but I can tell you that the split drawers are the same size, and of course the full length drawer is full length, but not quite as tall. The one little annoying thing is that you have to open both fridge doors to open either of the split drawers as there is a piece that crosses over the middle once a door is closed (but I think that piece helps keep the cold air in so I can't complain too much).
