“Is there a way to stop the beeping when you close the door? I noticed it does it when the power is on and ready to start, but sometimes I am not ready to start the load and the beeping is so loud every time you open and close the door to put more stuff in”

hit/hold the "on/off" - off and it sets till you're ready to start it for final wash.

The alarm you are hearing is the dishwasher's way of alerting you that the unit is on but a wash cycle has not been started. In the event that you are not ready to run the dishwasher we would recommend either setting a delay start or powering the dishwasher off until you are ready to use it.
