“Is there a warranty on the racks? We have replaced the racks in our Samsung 3 times in past 6 years due to rusting and will be replacing the unit when they next rust. Does Bosch use a higher quality coating on their racks?”

I believe so. we've had Samsung in the past but never experienced rust, and it was about 6 years old.
