It depends on what you're ultimate goal is. Yes it is physically possible to remove this handle, is easy, no, you'll have to dismantle the door as the screws are hidden inside, would this void your warranty, quite possibly, then the other issue is would your current handle have same location for screw holes to make it fit this model. However, the handle is very subtle and is hardly noticeable, especially with the controls and display on top of the door instead of the face.
