“I got an error code 10 a couple of weeks ago so turned the breaker off for a few minutes then back on. It reset but now will only perform the "Auto" cycle. None of the other electronic options (half load, normal, etc) will work.”

Try doing a reset by holding down the power on button for 4 seconds. That might reset the options. It also might have defaulted to "factory settings" which defaults to the Auto Cycle. You can change that to "last run" with the App.
