• If you're Bosch dishwasher displays a red light on the floor and it is currently blinking and the dishwasher is not running it is because you are out of rinse aid fill the reservoir and it should work. It is very hard to find this information.

• Hi there. Thank you for your question. The model, ShEM78W56N does not have the red InfoLight that shines on the floor as it has controls on the front of the dishwasher.

• The red light shoul be on in a steady state. If it's flashing I would reset the wash cycle.
