Our patented CrystalDry™ technology uses natural minerals to collect moisture and transform it into heat. This heat is then circulated throughout the tub for the ultimate dry. Here's how it works - Step 1: Intake air valve directs moist air from the dishwasher tub and into the bottom of the unit without introducing outside air. Step 2: Fan directs air into the CrystalDry™ chamber. Step 3: CrystalDry™ chamber contains natural minerals that transform the moist air into heat up to 176°F. The humidity is absorbed, and energy is released from the minerals in the form of heat. Step 4: Outlet vent circulates the hot dry air back into the dishwasher tub to dry dishes, including plastics.
