• The 800 series doesn't have this option. it uses crystal dry technology

• The model that I have does not, but it has crystal dry, which works extremely well. I just open it when I get a chance, but everything is already dry. If you go to Bosch's website, you can find the details of each dishwasher to help you decide. Hope this helps.
