Hi FBH, thank you for your question regarding Model:SHPM88Z75N. This is the Large Item Spray Head. It is ideal for washing large items on the lower rack (such as roasting pans and baking trays) Attaches easily to the back wall of the dishwasher and you can remove all racks but the bottom rack for large items.
