Q: QuestionThere is a review said that the refrigerator temperature could not go below 40 degree. The right temperature for the fridge suppose to be 35 degree Fahrenheit, and the freezer suppose to be 0 degree Fahrenheit Please explain.

Q: QuestionHow do I know when to replace the water filter and how do I do it. It went from three bars to two bars

• A:Answer The filter symbol on the panel changes to one bar and that’s when you are supposed to change the water filter. Just open the filter panel which is located on the top right of the refrigerator. Twist the old filter and replace it with a new one. Then run the water and ice for 5 minutes before using it.
