The first range we bought, the glass in the oven door was broken on delivery. The reorder replacement was installed, Abe the next day when I went to use the oven, it didn’t work at all. Took a week for Geek Squad to come out to say it was a defective range. Not impressed with the range, or Best Buy. We are currently in the fourth attempt at getting a range. The third they brought out was the wrong model. Pretty expensive range to put up with this crap.
