“I bought this dryer a couple of months ago but it doesn't dry nearly as well as my old one. My clothes are always damp. I'm wondering if it was wrongly installed, or something I'm missing. I clean the lint trap regularly. Thanks in advance!”

It probably dries better than you think. But it doesn't dry the same way. When the laundry is done, it feels like it's being taken out of a steam room. It might feel like it's damp but within seconds of taking it out it will be dry. Just take your items out individually and fold them after giving them a one second shake.

II use the highest spin setting on my washer for towels and bulky items and I don't overload it. Also it dries faster when the room temperature is lower . Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a Ventless Dryer, and it won't feel the same as a Vented Dryer. If you read the manual, you will notice that it says to allow your clothes to be out a bit to air dry. It does take longer, but we find just as good of "quality" (fewer wrinkles) than a Vented Dryer, and supposedly less energy!
