Appliances sold new-at-retail carry a Cosmetic Warranty. Bosch products must have cosmetic damage reported within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Questionis the fan sound only when using the convection oven or is it on when using the regular oven?

- Answer Hi LP, thank you for your question and interest in Model:HGI8054UC. The cooling fan runs during all cooking modes. The fan can be heard when it is running, and warm air may be felt as it is released from the oven vent. The fan may also run after the oven is off. The convection fan operates during any convection mode, but not during preheat. When the oven is operating in the convection mode, the fan will turn off automatically when the door is opened.

QuestionI have a HF18046UC gas slide in stove in an island. Does not slide back far enough. There seem to be stops on each side to stop it. I have a gap between my countertop and stove. Any suggestions? How do you clean the streaks on the stovetop. nothing works
