“I have it set for normal and sanitize. It runs 2:30 hours counting down. When it’s done no lights are on, no indication the sanitize function works. Is this a malfunction? Display says nothing afterwards, completely blank.”

Hi SharCT, thank you for your question. When using the Sanitize option, the display should show "SAnI" once the cycle has ended. While there is no specific indicator light for cycle completion, status information and the remaining time are displayed during the cycle. The TimeLight® feature also shows the time remaining by projecting it inside of the pocket handle. At the end of the cycle, you should hear an audible end-of-cycle tone, which can be adjusted in the settings.
