Hi Downtown, thanks for your question. The Benchmark Series racks are typically made from high-quality steel or aluminum. The warranty for our dishwasher racks is 5 years from the date of purchase. To avoid damage to racks, make sure to use dishwasher safe materials, allow racks to dry as quickly as possible to avoid moisture from lingering, avoid overcrowding when loading, and avoid harsh chemicals when cleaning.
